The location is very convenient, and the host thoughtfully provides everything you need for daily living, giving us a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to stay during our time in Taiwan. If we ever come back to Taiwan in the future, this place will definitely remain our top choice. Highly recommended!

El apartamento está situado en Xinyi, cerca de la Torre 101 y del metro (línea roja). En todo momento el anfitrión estaba disponible por la mensajería de Booking. Una vez alquilado te facilita una guía sobre uso del apartamento, entrada y salida, servicios y restaurantes cercanos, y todo lo necesario para el check-in y check-out.
Es espacioso, limpio y perfectamente equipado. Cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios, incluyendo enchufes conversores, bolsas de basura, productos de baño y detergente para lavadora y lavaplatos. Tiene además un sistema de audio y vídeo magnífico (aunque no lo usamos mucho porque nos interesaba más conocer Taiwan). Está totalmente preparado para el calor, lo cual es esperable en Taipei, pero fuimos en enero y hacía algo de frío.
El radiador eléctrico que aportaba era suficiente, y las camas contaban con edredones muy abrigados.

The bed is so soft and the kitchen is clean. All needed stuffs are just right there. And service is perfect. Thank you . Should have more mirrors in other rooms. 😅

1. Locations: is excellent and convenient to get to east district retail centers and restaurants all within walking distance and few minutes walk to 國父紀念館 and park also 1 minute to subway station
2.Facility: is clean and good for family
and friends traveling together and they prepare all necessities you needs
3. Host is great for responding your questions only thing is the way to getting the front door key when you check in can be improved.
Overall we really enjoy staying there will definitely come back again with families, thank you

Location was excellent once we figured out the various exits .
The apartment amenities ,kitchenware and supplies were plentiful. Not too important but directions and exit information for travellers from the airport MRT at Taipei Main Station would be helpful.

Near exit Y17 Taipei Main Station, technically 1bedroom and 2bedroom apartments combined into ONE which equal 3bedrooms apmt. Spacious, clear guidebook instructions & rules to follow with accomodating host. I like clear instructions. It would be convenient to have mirrors in bedrooms to dress up and make up. No dressing mirror, need to go toilet. Small matter here.

Great location and the AC works so well ! Washing machine and dryer work well, too.
These are all very important things when staying in Taipei during the peak of summer!
We really love that it's a two minute walk to the Daan forest MRT station #6 entrance, and 2 mins walk to the supermarket PX Mart! Will stay here again in our next family trip.

Location is great:
5 minutes from Taipei train station in-town check in counter where you can check in your luggage and get your boarding pass at Taipei Main Station for flights departing from Taoyuan Airport.
About 10 minutes walk from subway stations.
Bus stop in front of the property
7-11 across the street.
Located at Hua Yin Jie Shopping District, bustling zone of narrow pedestrian streets lined with storefronts & street-food stands.
10 minutes walk from Ningxia Night Market, my favorite night market in Taipei.
Three bus stops from Ximending.
House is clean with many amenities not found in hotel: detergent, power strips, chargers, umbrellas and even polyester nylon plastic rope twine household bundle for packing.
Very accommodating: Management offered early check in and late check out, making our traveling so much easier. Could be noisy during the day because of construction nearby.

The apartment looks exactly as pictured. It's well equipped with all essentials and applicances and made our stay comfortable and feel like home. The location is in the central of Taipei and very convinient. However, it's still need a short distance walk (7-8 min. indoor) in order to get into the MRT station and need to change 2 elevators in the building in order to get into the ground level.
The check-in and check-out process was clear and easy to follow. Superb customer service and communication was easy. Highly recommended for your next stay!

We thought Roger's place was wonderful - perfect for a family vacation. Everything was modern and clean and had a wonderful flow. The layout was perfect and the two large en-suites were very practical with double beds, great for families with kids. The desks were especially appreciated as my husband had to work and was able to use one room as his office. The kitchen was large (unusual for Taipei standards) and very well stocked. We enjoyed eating, hanging out and all being together in the large common space. The balcony laundry and cleaning area was also helpful for luggage storage. Finally, the location can't be beat. Arguably one of the best in Taipei for those who want to stay in Dong-Chu. We didn't want to leave!
Roger was super responsive, lovely to work with and helpful!
